This podcast covers all things related to pregnancy, labor, and the early postpartum period. Host, Adriana Lozada, welcomes and discusses a different topic every week “with maternity pros to inform your intuition.” The host is charming and relatable, and the episodes are organized by topic so it is easy to pick and choose with episodes are most relevant to you. Adriana has even curated an “Early Pregnancy Playlist” for parents who are at the beginning of their pregnancy so they may get the information most related to their current experience in a timely fashion.
The Longest Shortest Time is “a parenting show for everyone.” The show is made up of stories about the outrageous, hilarious, and engaging events that happen during parenthood and childhood, and strives to capture the experience of raising and being raised by tiny humans in all of its forms. Many of the stories that the show is comprised of are submissions by listeners, and are a joy to listen to even if you aren’t a parent!
The Mom & Mind Podcast is hosted by Dr. Kaeni, a licensed psychologist, and the show focuses on the Maternal Mental Health struggles related to becoming pregnant, being pregnant, birth and early parenthood. Mental Health in general, but especially during the time families are growing, is not discussed enough and many people are left feeling uninformed and alone in their experience. The podcast is chock full of great information and is delivered in a compassionate and approachable format.
